National Grid Link Power is committed to ensuring the degree of Quality is maintained to the highest standard throughout our range of products and services in order to consistently meet the expectations of clients and uphold our Quality Management Plan.

The success of NGLP shall be measured by exceeding our customers and own expectations in quality, on time delivery and competitiveness by consistently providing measurable targets for continued improvements that will ensure NGLP is achieving within the Quality sector.

National Grid Link Power provides a commitment to Quality by the implementation and maintenance of Quality Management Plan. NGLP strives to find methods of identifying and enhancing methodology within the company to improve the effectiveness of our Quality Management Plan in our daily operations.

Being supported by an effective Quality Management Plan will continue to allow National Grid Link Power to systematically achieve company goals and all fulfill all contractual requirements amid clients, suppliers and regulatory authorities. National Grid Link Power shall continue to establish and maintain Quality objectives and targets for continual improvement in accordance with formalised procedures and work instructions. 

Our Quality Management Plan ensures National Grid Link Power will;

  • Synergise with our employees, providing focus on quality;

  • Deliver completed projects to our clients on time and in budget, with the intention of satisfying the expectations, achieving win-win results;

  • Maintain communication lines between National Grid Link Power and all applicable stakeholders, with an aptitude for future business relations;

  • Harmonise with our clients, ethically and within legal boundaries, including written contractual agreements;

  • Provide reliable records;

  • Maintain profitably within our company.

HEALTH & SAFETY POLICY

National Grid Link Power recognises its moral and legal responsibility and is committed to establishing and maintaining as far as practicable, the highest standard of Occupational Health, Safety and Welfare for its Employees.

With a focus on safety excellence and a culture that places OHS first, through leadership, participation, training and development, National Grid Link Power will ensure continued improvement aimed at the reduction and elimination of injury or illness to its Employees.

National Grid Link Power will maintain a strong commitment to comply with all relevant OHS legislation and with any other requirements placed upon it.

Implementation of this policy will be achieved by:

  • Ensuring all levels of Management and Employees understand and accept their safety and health responsibilities and are accountable for those matters within their control;

  • Ensuring compliance with all Safety & Health Acts, Regulations, and Codes;

  • Providing and maintaining a safe workplaces that protects, or enhances, community, amenity and the natural environment;

  • Employing and training Employees with skills suitable for the duties they undertake in a safe and productive manner;

  • Effectively consult and communicate with our people and Contractors to develop and maintain successful control hazards and environmental strategies and;

  • Promptly report and investigate all accidents, incidents, or hazardous conditions and applying appropriate corrective and/or preventative actions.

ENVIRONMENTAL POLICY

National Grid Link Power recognises the importance of maintaining and enhancing the quality of the environment for the benefit of our customers, employees and the community. National Grid Link Power is committed to delivering our projects in an environmentally responsible manner, and will:

  • Comply with all relevant environmental legislation, regulations, codes of practice, and contractual conditions;

  • Implement recycling and waste reduction activities;

  • Prevent the pollution of the environment by activities over which we have control;

  • Address as a priority, threats of serious or irreversible environmental impact;

  • Inform and train our employees and contractors about environmental risks, responsibilities and initiatives that may affect their work;

  • Actively promote practices that achieve energy efficiency;

  • Integrate environmental risk assessment into decision making and operational activities;

  • Engage with key stakeholders on environmental issues in a transparent and timely manner;

  • Authorise employees and contractors working for National Grid Link Power to cease work and notify their Supervisor if they believe their activities are creating a significant environmental impact;

  • Conduct business with suppliers who also have a commitment to responsible environmental management;

  • Provide systems and processes for the responsible disposal of waste, collection and disposal and the responsible recycling of certain components and materials.

  • National Grid Link Power will use professional advice where necessarily to ensure compliance with legal requirements of all Acts and other Legislation or legal requirements covering the scope of our working engagements.

INFORMATION SECURITY MANAGEMENT POLICY

National Grid Link Power Pty Ltd (NGL Power) is committed to protecting the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of information that supports its business operations, service delivery, and compliance obligations. 

NGL Power recognises that information is a critical business asset and is committed to managing information security risks in a structured, practical, and effective manner across all business activities, systems, and locations within the defined scope of the Information Security Management System (ISMS).  

To achieve this, NGL Power will: 

  • Establish, implement, maintain, and continually improve an Information Security Management System in accordance with ISO/IEC 27001:2022  

  • Protect information assets in all forms, including digital, physical, and verbal information  

  • Apply a risk-based approach to identify, assess, and treat information security risks  

  • Ensure information is protected in line with its sensitivity, value, and business impact  

  • Implement appropriate administrative, technical, and physical controls to prevent unauthorised access, disclosure, alteration, or loss of information  

  • Define and communicate information security roles, responsibilities, and expectations to all personnel  

  • Ensure access to information and systems is controlled based on business need and least privilege principles  

  • Promote awareness and understanding of information security responsibilities across the organisation  

  • Monitor, review, and improve the effectiveness of information security controls and the ISMS  

  • Comply with applicable legal, regulatory, and contractual information security requirements  

This policy applies to all employees, contractors, directors, and third parties with authorised access to NGL Power information, systems, and facilities within the defined ISMS scope.
